• TRUCK-ONE., CO.LTD is existed company located Japan, vehicles listed on our website is owned by us or consignment sales which we acknowledge the existence of the product.
• Most of the vehicles listed in our stocks are used (second hand), therefore a certain tolerance on the general condition of the vehicle has to be considered.
• Vehicles sold under the term “USED AS IT IS WHERE IT IS BASIS” are intended to be sold as they are and no reconditioning is included.
• If a vehicle's details (i.e. : option, accessory, specification, extras of the vehicle) is not mentioned on the website then TRUCK-ONE is not responsible for its functioning or condition. It is buyers responsible to make sure they are satisfied with information provided from seller to confirm the purchase . All of the vehicles are sold in "as is" basis and that there is no warranty express or implied, of whatever.

• All payments should be made through Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank Account.
• All bank charges must be paid by the buyer.
• Please include STOCK NO , FULL CHASSIS NO, COMPANY DETAILS in the description field , Once the payment has been arranged, please send us a confirmation of payment (Bank application) by e-mail or fax.

NOTE: We don't refund any payments based on the customers complain or request.

• No vehicle will be shipped until full payment is received and amount is cleared prior to shipment.
• TRUCK-ONE is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during and/or after it has reached the destination port. If you require insurance for your vehicle please advise us before shipment.
• Buyer and consignee Names and addresses have to be confirmed for shipment. Please advise us by mail or fax. Buyer needs to declare yourself , what kind of documents are needed for importing the vehicle(s).

• All vehicles are available on first come first serve basis.
• If more than one customer is interested in the same vehicle, the vehicle will be sold to the one who pays first.
• If a payment reaches us late and the vehicle is sold to another customer, we will provide you with a similar vehicle with similar specifications.
• You must be over 18 years old to buy a vehicle. If you are younger than 18 years can buy a car through their parents.
• You can purchase new vehicles from us. All Brand New vehicles are eligible for export from Japan. It have to legally undergo a Registration Cancellation Process, which may appear to be Used Vehicles in documents, and they are to be considered as near new Vehicles.
• The Terms and Conditions of sales comply with the Japanese laws.
• Any dispute between the buyer(s) and the Company occur, the parties will attempt to settle any such disputes through dialogue in most sincere manner.
• If the dispute(s) failed to be resolved between the concerned parties, the OSAKA District Court (JAPAN) holds original and exclusive jurisdiction over resolution of the dispute.

• Once the payment is received 100%. Following documentations will be sent to you via mail or courier after the vessel has been shipped.
• Bill of landing, Invoice, Original Export Certificate
